Case study: Pennington Dental
Pennington Dental is a chain of dental surgeries in the UK. They had one website with some basic information but wanted to use the web as a source for generating new business. After contacting MadLettuce (it was a sunny spring day in March, I remember it well) we discussed their needs and goals and developed the plan for their web marketing strategy.
MadLettuce managed the design and build of 7 overlapping websites, the development of SEO optimised content for all sites and co-ordinated the implementation of Pennington Dental's new social marketing campaign. As a result many people have healthier smiles at a competitive price.
Case study: RDO Medical
RDO Medical is a company which supplies and promotes a range of medical products. They had various basic websites selling different product ranges and knew that online sales and marketing could be developed massivley but at the same time they had very little time available due to promoting their business via other off-line chanels. They contacted MadLettuce (it was a cold winter's day, a Tuesday if I recall) to discuss their needs and we were awarded the project to develop their online sales and marketing.
More than 'just doing a few websites', we implemented an open source ecommerce package, Magento to use as a platform to roll out 47 unique websites and manage the online sales and fulfilment. Sales increased 3 fold within the first 6 months and the new websites had their own SEO schedules written and implemented. By the end of the fiscal year the platform had been sync'd with the companies processes and accounting to allow a large part of the companies sales administration to be handled by Magento. The co-ordination of so many facets within the company was only possible with a great understanding and close co-operation of both parties. As a result many people now own quality medical products, bought at a competitive price.
